The industrial commission awarded compensation because of the death of the husband of respondent widow and father of their two minor children. It is held, on the evidence, that the commission was justified in finding that the deceased was an employe and not an independent contractor; that he sustained an accidental injury in the course of his employment; that the injury thus sustained was the proximate cause of his death; and that the amount of the weekly award was proper.
